Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location but generally fall within 2–5 working days.
Each order is securely packaged to preserve the integrity of your fragrance.

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details where available.

Return Policy

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of fragrances, Ceylon Puff maintains a strict return policy in line with international perfume retail standards.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product must be in resalable condition, with no damage to packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes
Products with broken seals
Change-of-mind purchases after opening
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence
Our team will arrange a suitable resolution, including replacement where applicable
