1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product
- You received a product that is proven to be defective at the time of delivery
- The item delivered does not match your order
⚠️ Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Opened, used, or sprayed perfumes
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Change of mind after purchase
- Preference-based reasons (scent, longevity, performance, personal taste)
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The perfume must be unused and unopened
- Must be in original packaging, including box, seal, and labels
- Must be returned in the same condition as received
Any item failing inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🚚 Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by Ceylon Puff.
5. Exchange Policy (Before Dispatch Only)
- Exchanges are permitted only if requested before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
6. Return Shipping
- If the error is from Ceylon Puff (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer error, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Ceylon Puff is not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
All products sold by Ceylon Puff are 100% original and authentic.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted based on:
- Longevity expectations
- Projection or performance assumptions
- Comparisons with tester bottles or previous batches
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and dispatched.
